The wedding was a blast
Everything went well and definitely a happy and memorable day for one and all.
Yeah.. i finally decided on my dress
No, it's not this poofy princess ball dress. Totally different style... But i couldn't resist trying the fairy tale ballroom gown. can't imagine wearing this in hot humid weather back in Singapore.
It's been a long journey searching for the dress. Now that i have settled it, it's certainly a relief off me.
A different wedding
i attended a wedding lunch last sat and it got me thinking, do i want the same wedding? Pardon me, it was a beautiful wedding but it's just not ella's style.
I like a simple, fuss-free wedding. In fact, i'm seriously considering doing away with the wedding photography. Maybe i take some basic pre-wedding shots to please everyone. Not everyone is pleased with the fact that ella's not taking pre-wedding shots.
99% of the people will say this to me "It's once in a lifetime affair"
I agree, but to me, we have a lifetime to spend together. And that is more important than this wedding day.
Which is more impt, the wedding anniversary or anniversary of us being together? to me, the latter matters more.
Wedding to me, is like a show. One that allows all brides to live her fantasy. The big gown, etc.. Maybe i'm too tom boy.. I never had any fantasy of how my wedding will be like. Maybe it's time to start dreaming about it....
